Subscription Terms and conditions
Ndigitizing offers three monthly subscription plans: BASIC, STANDARD, and PREMIUM. You can also pay as you go.
General Term and Condition:
- You can upgrade your subscription at any time, but you will be charged for the number of designs used that month.
- Designs that are significantly changed count as separate designs.
- You can get the discount mentioned on the pricing page for any monthly subscription plan.
- As long as you’re subscribed to a monthly plan, you can get the discount that’s advertised on the pricing page. This discount can’t be combined with any other coupons, but if our customer support team gives you a special discount, you can use that instead.
Design Limit:
The number of designs included in each package is set, but additional designs can be added for a small fee. Don’t worry, we always charge the lowest possible price for our designs because we care about our customers.
Refund Policy:
Other creators may not offer a refund policy due to the nature of digital products. But we provide a refund for solid reasons – your payment will be refunded if:
- The final payment is made within the previous seven days. This allows you to have the opportunity to use the full value of your purchase.
- Don’t wait until the last minute to get custom designs. Get them done at least a week in advance so you have time to make changes if needed.
How to submit a file and receive the design?
If you have already purchased a plan, you can email your image file to support ndigitizing.com from your registered email address. We will send you the completed design as soon as it is finished.
Pay As You Go
Quote: Before you place an order for any design, you can get a free quote free of cost. This way, you can make sure that the design you choose is the right one for you, and that you’re getting the best value for your money.
Service: We want you to be completely satisfied with your custom order, so please be sure to check it over carefully before approving final production. Let us know right away if you spot any spelling or design mistakes, as we will be happy to correct them at no additional charge.
Payments: We want to make sure you have the best and easiest experience possible when shopping with us, so we offer a few different payment options. You can pay through PayPal or Stripe using your debit or credit card, or if you have any difficulty with payment, you can contact us and we will provide you with an alternative way. Thank you for choosing our store!
Changing in Prices: We will always inform you whenever we are planning to change our prices. This way, you can be sure that you are always getting the best possible deal from us.
Design detail: Be very careful when inputting the design details- if you make a mistake, we won’t be held responsible. Make sure you’ve entered the correct information before submitting.
Turnaround: Standard delivery of your design will take 24 hours. However, if you need your design urgently, we can deliver it within 1-4 hours after confirming your payment.
