Logo Digitizing
Your logo converted into clean, machine-ready embroidery files, with the outlines, fills and lettering planned for a smooth, tidy sew-out.
- What is included: manual digitizing of your logo artwork, with stitch type, direction, density and underlay chosen for the design and fabric, so edges stay clean and fills sit evenly.
- Best for: business and team logos on polos, uniforms, workwear, bags and promotional apparel, and for logos that will be sewn repeatedly.
- Size and placement: suited to chest, sleeve and back placements. Share the finished size and placement with your order; small or detailed artwork may need simplifying so it stays clear at the size it will be sewn.
- Files and turnaround: machine-ready DST, PES, EXP and JEF files, delivered in 4-12 hours, with free revisions.
3D Puff Digitizing
Raised 3D puff embroidery for caps, jackets, and apparel, made with foam under the stitching to give the design a raised, dimensional effect.
- What is included: manual digitizing for the puff areas, with wider, open stitching planned to cover the foam, so the raised shape holds its form and the foam can be trimmed away cleanly after sewing.
- Best for: bold lettering and simple, strong shapes on caps, hoodies and jackets where a raised, standout finish is wanted.
- Size and placement: best on flatter, structured areas such as the front of a cap or a chest panel. Bold, simple shapes read best raised; fine detail and very small lettering are not suited to the puff effect.
- Files and turnaround: machine-ready DST, PES, EXP and JEF files, delivered in 4-12 hours, with free revisions.
Cap & Hat Digitizing
Digitizing shaped for caps and hats, ready to sew, with the curved surface and centre seam taken into account from the start.
- What is included: manual digitizing planned for a curved surface, including centre-seam handling, stitch direction and underlay that help the design sit evenly and sew cleanly across the seam.
- Best for: structured and unstructured caps and hats, including front-panel logos, side designs and back designs.
- Size and placement: front-panel designs need to fit within the panel and its height, and centred designs need to allow for the centre seam. Tell us the cap style, panel and finished size when you order.
- Files and turnaround: machine-ready DST, PES, EXP and JEF files, delivered in 4-12 hours, with free revisions.
Applique Digitizing
Applique designs with neat fabric placement and stitching, where pieces of fabric are held in place by stitching and finished with a border.
- What is included: manual digitizing in the sewing order for applique: a placement stitch to show where the fabric goes, tack-down stitching to hold the fabric piece, and a finishing border stitch around the shape.
- Best for: larger shapes and decorative designs on children’s clothing, team and spirit wear, and apparel where patterned or contrasting fabric adds colour and texture.
- Size and placement: suited to chest, back and other flat placements where the fabric piece can be placed and trimmed. Larger, simpler shapes work best; very small or finely detailed shapes leave little room for the fabric piece and border.
- Files and turnaround: machine-ready DST, PES, EXP and JEF files, delivered in 4-12 hours, with free revisions.
Jacket Back Digitizing
Large jacket back designs digitized for a clean sew-out, with the stitching planned to suit a larger design on heavier outerwear fabric.
- What is included: manual digitizing of large artwork, lettering and fills, with stitch density, direction and underlay balanced so a large design sews evenly without pulling or distortion.
- Best for: jacket and hoodie backs, workwear and team backs, and large company or club artwork that needs to be read from a distance.
- Size and placement: large designs are normally centred on the back panel. Share the finished width and height, and note any seams or zips, so the design can be placed and sized to fit the back panel.
- Files and turnaround: machine-ready DST, PES, EXP and JEF files, delivered in 4-12 hours, with free revisions.
Small Lettering Digitizing
Small text digitized clearly so every letter stays readable, with the letter shapes, spacing and stitching planned for sewing at a small size.
- What is included: manual digitizing of small lettering, with stitch type, letter spacing and underlay chosen to keep letters open, separate and readable when sewn small.
- Best for: names on uniforms and workwear, shirt pockets, labels, monograms and small lines of text under a logo.
- Size and placement: letter height matters: there is a minimum readable size, and letters sewn below it can close up or lose detail. Share the exact wording and the finished letter height, and keep the lettering style simple at very small sizes.
- Files and turnaround: machine-ready DST, PES, EXP and JEF files, delivered in 4-12 hours, with free revisions.
