How to use the price calculator
Enter your design’s finished size, choose a fill density or enter your own stitch count, then pick how detailed the design is. Your estimate updates instantly, with a full breakdown of the base price, stitch charge and complexity factor.
Embroidery Digitizing costs $10–$40 per design: a $10 base plus $0.50 per 1,000 stitches, adjusted for complexity. Vector Art costs $10–$35 per design: a $10 base plus $0.12 per cm² of design area, adjusted the same way. The smallest, simplest design is $10 — that is the floor for manual work.
Every design is digitized by hand — never auto-digitized — and delivered as machine-ready DST, PES, EXP and JEF files, usually within 1–12 hours.
Frequently asked questions
How does the estimate work?
The calculator uses your design’s size, stitch count and detail level. For embroidery, the price is a $10 base plus $0.50 per 1,000 stitches, multiplied by a complexity factor (Simple ×1.0, Medium ×1.15, Detailed ×1.30). For vector art, it is a $10 base plus $0.12 per cm², with the same complexity factor. You can see every step of the calculation in the breakdown under your estimate.
Why is this only an estimate?
Every design is different, and the final price depends on the artwork itself — for example, very small text, fine detail or a tricky layout can take more manual work. The estimate gives you the standard range; we confirm the exact price with a free quote before you pay anything.
How fast will I get my design?
Most designs are delivered within 1–12 hours. Larger or very detailed designs can take a little longer, and we will confirm the turnaround with your free quote.
What happens after I request a quote?
Send us your artwork through the order page or contact form. We review it, confirm the exact price and turnaround, and only then do you pay. Your files are delivered as DST, PES, EXP and JEF, with free revisions until the design sews out right.
